OBJET<\/b><\/h3>

Regulate the provision of installation, maintenance, repair and legalization services for gas installations, boilers, water heaters and plumbing.<\/span><\/p>

INCLUDED SERVICES<\/b><\/h3>
  • Gas installations (new, modification or replacement)<\/span><\/li>
  • Issuance of gas installation certificates<\/span><\/li>

  • Gas leak repair<\/span><\/li>
  • Plumbing (leaks, pipes, drains, faucets)<\/span><\/li>
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    All work is carried out by a qualified professional, complying with current regulations on gas installations (Royal Decree 919\/2006) and thermal regulations (RITE).<\/span><\/p>

    Installations, repairs and maintenance are carried out in accordance with the required technical specifications, guaranteeing safety, watertightness and proper functioning.<\/span><\/p>

    Only an authorized installer can legally perform, verify and certify a gas installation.<\/span><\/p>

    Official gas installation certificates: <\/b>Gas installation certificates valid for:<\/span><\/p>

    • New supply registration<\/span><\/li>
    • Modification of facilities<\/span><\/li>
    • Boiler or water heater replacement<\/span><\/li>
    • Legalization of existing facilities<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      The certificate verifies that the installation complies with regulations and has passed safety, watertightness and operational tests.<\/span><\/p>

      It is a mandatory document to activate the supply and is valid for 5 years.<\/span><\/p>

      CONTRACT TERMS<\/b><\/h3>
      • The client requests a quote.<\/span><\/li>
      • A no-obligation quote will be issued.<\/span><\/li>
      • Acceptance implies full agreement<\/span><\/li>
      • Written or verbal acceptance may be required.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        BUDGETS AND PRICES<\/b><\/h3>
        • These are guidelines until on-site review.<\/span><\/li>
        • They may vary due to:<\/span>
          • Current state of the installation<\/span><\/li>
          • Accessibility<\/span><\/li>
          • Materials required<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Additional unforeseen work will be budgeted separately.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            DISPLACEMENT and EMERGENCY<\/b><\/h3>
            • Travel may incur a fee.<\/span><\/li>
            • Urgent or after-hours services incur a surcharge.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              SERVICE EXECUTION<\/b><\/h3>
              • The client must guarantee:<\/span>
                • Access to the facility<\/span><\/li>
                • Safe working conditions<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                • For gas installations, all applicable regulations must be followed.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                  CERTIFICATIONS AND LEGALIZATION<\/b><\/h3>
                  • Certificates will only be issued if the installation complies with regulations.<\/span><\/li>
                  • If it does not comply, prior adaptation will be required (additional cost).<\/span><\/li>
                  • The company is not responsible for unfavorable inspections of previous installations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                    GUARANTEES<\/b><\/h3>
                    • Facilities: in accordance with current regulations<\/span><\/li>
                    • It does not cover:<\/span>
                      • Tampering by third parties<\/span><\/li>
                      • Misuse<\/span><\/li>
                      • Lack of maintenance<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                        LIMITED LIABILITY<\/b><\/h3>

                        The company will not be responsible for:<\/span><\/p>

                        • Hidden pre-existing defects<\/span><\/li>
                        • Outdated or non-compliant installations<\/span><\/li>
                        • Damage resulting from improper use<\/span><\/li>
                        • Failures in external utilities (gas, water, etc.)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                          CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS<\/b><\/h3>
                          • Provide accurate information.<\/span><\/li>
                          • Allow access to the facility.<\/span><\/li>
                          • Do not tamper with the facility after the intervention.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                            CANCELLATIONS<\/b><\/h3>
                            • Before work begins: no cost<\/span><\/li>
                            • With travel already completed: may be charged<\/span><\/li>
                            • With work already started: will be billed proportionally<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                              BILLING<\/b><\/h3>
                              • An invoice will be issued in accordance with tax regulations.<\/span><\/li>
                              • Failure to pay may result in legal action.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                DATA PROTECTION<\/b>
                                <\/b><\/h3>

                                The data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy.<\/span><\/p>

                                LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.<\/b>
