INCLUDED SERVICES
- Gas installations (new, modification or replacement)
- Issuance of gas installation certificates

- Plumbing (leaks, pipes, drains, faucets)
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
All work is carried out by a qualified professional, complying with current regulations on gas installations (Royal Decree 919/2006) and thermal regulations (RITE).
Installations, repairs and maintenance are carried out in accordance with the required technical specifications, guaranteeing safety, watertightness and proper functioning.
Only an authorized installer can legally perform, verify and certify a gas installation.
Official gas installation certificates: Gas installation certificates valid for:
- New supply registration
- Modification of facilities
- Boiler or water heater replacement
- Legalization of existing facilities
The certificate verifies that the installation complies with regulations and has passed safety, watertightness and operational tests.
It is a mandatory document to activate the supply and is valid for 5 years.
CONTRACT TERMS
- The client requests a quote.
- A no-obligation quote will be issued.
- Acceptance implies full agreement
- Written or verbal acceptance may be required.
BUDGETS AND PRICES
- These are guidelines until on-site review.
- They may vary due to:
- Current state of the installation
- Accessibility
- Materials required
- Additional unforeseen work will be budgeted separately.
DISPLACEMENT and EMERGENCY
- Travel may incur a fee.
- Urgent or after-hours services incur a surcharge.
SERVICE EXECUTION
- The client must guarantee:
- Access to the facility
- Safe working conditions
- For gas installations, all applicable regulations must be followed.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LEGALIZATION
- Certificates will only be issued if the installation complies with regulations.
- If it does not comply, prior adaptation will be required (additional cost).
- The company is not responsible for unfavorable inspections of previous installations.
GUARANTEES
- Facilities: in accordance with current regulations
- It does not cover:
- Tampering by third parties
- Misuse
- Lack of maintenance
LIMITED LIABILITY
The company will not be responsible for:
- Hidden pre-existing defects
- Outdated or non-compliant installations
- Damage resulting from improper use
- Failures in external utilities (gas, water, etc.)
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Provide accurate information.
- Allow access to the facility.
- Do not tamper with the facility after the intervention.
CANCELLATIONS
- Before work begins: no cost
- With travel already completed: may be charged
- With work already started: will be billed proportionally
BILLING
- An invoice will be issued in accordance with tax regulations.
- Failure to pay may result in legal action.
DATA PROTECTION
The data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.
Spanish legislation and courts of the professional's domicile.
